Can we meet you before we book?
yes, of course, we will have to meet either in person or through a face-time call that we can schedule together to go through the wedding plan and make sure we are on the same page.
How will our wedding pictures be delivered?
They will be delivered digitally through a link where you can download all your pictures. Plus, you will get a sneak peek of your wedding photos within 72 hours.
Can we add on hours if our wedding runs a little long?
Yes, you can always add hours before your time runs out for only $300/ Hour for me the lead photographer, or 150/hour for the other lead photographer.
Do you help in the planning process?
Yes, of course, that’s why we encourage you to schedule a meeting either in person or through face-time, zoom or google meeting to be able to help as much as I can.
What happens if you can’t make it to our wedding?
Generally, I will say that won’t happen except if it’s something out of my hands. But in the worst-case scenario, I send one of my partners who are well trained and have enough experience to deliver you the same results.
How many images do you deliver?
That all depends on the package you choose. So please ask me this question in the consultation meeting.
When am I going to get my pictures?
In the contract, it says within 25 Days, but we always try to finish them as soon as we can and we even deliver some teasers within two days so the bride and the groom can announce their big day on social media if they wanted to.
How do we book our session?
It's easy! Just fill out this form down below. and I will contact you as soon as I can to schedule a meeting with you either at zoom, face-time or in person. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date.
How do we pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. We do not accept credit cards at this time. We require a 50% nonrefundable retainer to reserve your date. The final balance for your session(s) is due the day after your wedding day
Can we cancel our session?
Yes, you can! However, any retainer or payments paid will not be refunded. You can reschedule and apply the original retainer to the rescheduled date if it is within one year of the original booked date.
Do we get the raw or unedited files?
No, these files are not available to you. It would be the same as asking your favorite designer to give you their fabric, sketches, and materials for you to then go home and sew your dress. but if you want it I'll give it to you at an additional cost (look at the investment page, extra services, Raws)
